Karisa Gomez, Founder of Lux & Bird, leads a team of seasoned experts servicing the private aviation industry. Specifically for those who may not always have the need for a private flight attendant or want a full cabin service experience but craves more than day old bread and more wholesome elevated food than just the FBO. Enter - my idea for Lux & Bird.
Focusing on my love of wine, whole food boards, starters and simple but grand entertaining, I created this helpful service for pilots, jet owners, other CFAs and even other FBOs. And for a much lower price than most other companies!
Whether you want to set out a whole spread or just a bite - we curate exactly for your taste and preferences for our Membership clients - or you can always browse through our categories Beautiful Boards, Simple Bites, Dips & Dishes, Crostini & Toasts and Satisfying Salads - then sit back and enjoy with our delightful wine pairings.

Karisa earned her AIRCARE FACTS Training and Certificate in Dallas and is a private flight attendant herself. Currently serving North Texas including Alliance & Meacham in Fort Worth, all of Dallas, and Austin including areas in the Hill Country. Karisa has lived in Nagoya, Japan, NYC and LA.
Karisa is committed to bringing the highest level of "simple but grand" service to her clients. Karisa has earned the nickname "Special K" when it comes to servicing on behalf of her clients, bringing new ideas, tastes and unique in-flight events that are not offered to the masses.
